Managed a BI and data analytics team supporting GM IB client onboarding and lifecycle management functions, balancing team leadership with hands-on work in SQL, Python, and dashboard creation. Built executive reporting and KPIs that senior leadership relied on for insights, and designed a single accurate view of the client base across multiple platforms. Rolled out standardized KPI reporting globally and led analytics on a major platform modernization.

Led a regulatory remediation program, managing delivery teams offshore and locally. Drove remediation efforts bringing organization into compliance with updated regulatory requirements. Modernized reporting by replacing manual processes with automated, dashboard driven workflows giving leadership daily visibility into performance and backlog. Streamlined processes and reduced control risk using Lean Six Sigma methodology.

Built a foundation in banking and financial services through cyclical KYC reviews. Partnered with IT to build the team's first structured KPI reporting, replacing manual tracker & Excel rollups with consistent reliable reporting. Ran analytics on dormant and non-compliant accounts to target for de-scoping to reduce client review population.
